Born from a memory of the light

Aurora was born from a single memory: standing on a frozen lake north of Reykjavik, watching sheets of emerald and violet ripple across the sky, and feeling — somehow — both very small and entirely at home. We wanted to bottle that feeling and pour it over ice.

The northern lights don't repeat. Every night's display is improvised by solar wind and atmosphere, never quite the same twice. That's the metaphor we build our drinks list around — a rotating cast of seasonal cocktails, each one a moment that won't come back exactly this way.

Behind the bar, craft is quiet and intentional: house-made syrups, hand-cut ice, spirits sourced for character rather than label. We measure everything, and we taste everything. The ritual matters as much as the result.
